Roy S. Clauss is an experienced investment banker with a career spanning four decades primarily focused on the transportation sector. He has held senior roles at Salomon Brothers and Lehman Brothers where he led transactions for global airline, aircraft leasing and logistics companies and U.S. private equity firms. His expertise includes executing large-scale mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring deals. More recently, he has been involved in boutique investment banking and entrepreneurial ventures, including aircraft leading and electric vehicle businesses. Clauss holds a MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Amherst College. He resides in New York and in his spare time, sailing is his preferred lifestyle and mode of transportation.
